Any time contact is made with a prospect, it is recommended to record the communication made so that the history of the prospect is accurately documented.

In the Prospects tab, click Prospects.

Select the prospect and click Edit.

Click Record Communication.

Choose between Inbound or Outbound Contact.

Select the Contact Method.

Enter Notes regarding the communication.

You can choose to change the Status of the prospect in this screen (eg from walk-in to quote provided).

Click Save & Close.

This is now recorded in the Communication tab in the prospect card.
