The prospect list screen is the key window used to manage your prospects.
The top of the screen contains filters to narrow down the prospect list. These filters include prospect stages, date ranges, and staff members.
The bottom of the screen is where your action buttons are.
Add - Used to add a new prospect.
Edit - Edit the selected prospect from the list.
Print - Will print the selected prospects details.
Print List - Used to print the list currently displayed.
Diary - Will open up the diary screen.
Refresh - Used to refresh the prospect list.
Close - To close the prospect list screen.
As with most list screens in the Eclipse program, if you right click on the prospect you will have more actions available.
