As you enter and progress your prospects in CRM, they will move through different statuses, beginning with initial contact through to delivered sale.

In the Prospect tab, click Prospect Status.

Click Add.

Enter a Code and Description of the status.

Assign a Stage (You can have multiple initial contact and visit stages, but the other stages should only be assigned to one status).

Select a Colour.

Click Save and Close.
If you click Show Lifecycle in the top right of the screen you can view the prospect cycle from beginning to end.
