Once the floorplan provider has been entered in the system as a client, you will need to add the company in the Floorplan tab in System Options.

Click System, then System Options.

Click the Floorplan/Bailment tab.

In any of the floorplan company lines, click the 3 dots to select your Floorplan Company.
The floorplan company you select does not need to match the company name on the left hand side.
