In the Pay Editor screen, select the Type of Leave taken in the Leave (green) column.

Enter the Amount of Hours taken.
The normal hours they would have worked should still be entered as shown in the below example.
On Friday, out of a 7.6 hour day, the employee took 4 hours of annual leave.
On Wednesday, out of a 7.6 hour day, the employee took the entire day off as personal leave.
