Expired ROs

Repair orders are marked as 'expired' when the repair order has not been completed by the promised date set when creating the repair order. You can enable a system option to display a pop up when logging into the Service module to advise if there are expired ROs.

The pop up is displayed below. Clicking yes will take you to the Expired RO Manager screen.

In the System Options, under the Repair Order tab, tick the box to Display an Alert when RO Expires.
