How to send a pick up SMS

If you have subscribed to Service text messages with Eclipse, at the time of marking the repair order as complete you will be prompted to send a pick up SMS.

To set the message, in Service System Options, navigate to the SMS Services tab, and enter a generic message.

Eclipse SMS using merge fields to pick up the clients name/booking date etc. Please contact Eclipse if you require assistance with these fields
