If you have subscribed to Service text messages with Eclipse, at the time of saving the service booking you will be prompted to send an SMS to the client.
To set the message, in Service System Options, navigate to the SMS Services tab, and enter a generic message.
Eclipse SMS uses merge fields to pick up the clients name/booking date etc. Please contact Eclipse if you require assistance with these fields
