How to adjust an incorrect part quantity

If you find a parts quantity on hand is incorrect, instead of performing a stocktake, you can adjust an individual parts QOH.

1. Under the Sell Parts tab, click Parts Enquiry.

2. Enter the Part Number.

3. Click Adjust.

4. You will need to enter your Eclipse username and password.
   
   

   

5. Enter the New QTY and a Reason for Adjusting, and click Okay.
