How to create and issue a gift voucher in parts

Gift vouchers can be created and used in both the Parts and Service modules. They can be paid for, or can be given away for free as a promotion.

Creating a Gift Voucher

1. Under the Sell Parts tab, click Create a Gift Voucher

2. Click New in the bottom left

3. If you are wanting to Add a Single Gift Voucher, type a unique voucher number in the provided field and click Save

4. If you are wanting to create multiple Vouchers, go to the Add a Batch of Vouchers tab and enter the first and last Voucher Numbers, and click Save

Issuing a Gift Voucher

1. To issue a voucher, go to Create a Gift Voucher under the Sell Parts tab

2. Select the voucher you would like to issue in the provided list and click Issue Voucher at the bottom of the window

3. Fill in the provided fields and click OK
