A vehicle quote can be created without your dealership having the vehicle in your stock list, as you may not order the unit until a contract has been signed. The below process will automatically allocate a stock number to the quote vehicle when converted to a sale.

Edit your quote, and click Vehicle Details.

Ensure you have Purchase Details against your quote vehicle.

Click Make Sale. This will then add your quote vehicle into your pending stock, and allocate a stock number.
