Hire vehicles are vehicles in your stock list that are classified as rentals, and then loaned to customers, usually while their vehicle is being serviced.

In the Stock and Accounting module, click on the Stock/Sales tab.

Click Add Stock.

When entering stock details, ensure you select Rental as the vehicle status.
