The Stock Detail Screen is used to enter all identifiers and details relating to that particular stock unit.
Purchase Details
Top Left - Key identifiers are to be entered here, such as Classification, Rego's, VIN and/or Chassis Numbers.
Top Right - The body details of the stock, such as Make, Model, and Colours. If you have subscribed to Redbook data, you can enter in the code which will populate these areas. Nothing in this area is mandatory, however this information will display on the contract, so the more detailed the better.
Bottom Left - Most of these fields are greyed out, as the Total Cost and GST will automatically calculate based on what information is added. You can also enter a customer payout in this area.
Bottom Right - Here you can enter details regarding the purchase, such as PO Number and Invoice Number. You also have a few tick box options, such as Encumbered and Warranty Exempt.
Accessories
Accessories - These are pre-set within the Eclipse program, and will display on the fact sheet when selected.
Features - These come from either Redbook data, or Model Codes provided by you and uploaded by Ultimate.
Costs
This tab is used to enter any additional costs associated with the stock unit, such as freight or key cutting. This area also displays the pre-set Load Amount and Warranty Provision.
Notes/Internet
If you have subscribed to Internet Advertising with Eclipse, this tab is used for entering advertising notes, prices, and images. You can still add images here if you are not uploading them to advertising websites, as they will print on the fact sheet.
RTA/RWC
This tab is used for Roadworthy and Compliance Certificates. Depending on our state, this tab may display differently to what is shown.
Caravans
If your stock has a classification of Caravan, this tab allows you to enter further details relating to caravans and motorhomes.
Sale Details
If this stock unit has been sold, you can view the profit breakdown in this tab.
Previous Owner
Use this tab to enter previous owners details.
Floorplan
If your stock is on floorplan, details must be added in here to be able to make your curtailments correctly.
PPSR
If your dealership subscribes to PPSR with Ultimate, you can run a PPSR search on this stock from this tab.
