By default, notes from a sale will normally appear on a vehicle sales invoice in Eclipse Stock & Accounting.
However, there has been a bug where the notes were no longer showing, and some dealers thought this was normal functionality. However, a subsequent program update restored the notes to appear on invoices.
There is now the option to hide notes on vehicle sales invoices if required (from 1955 23.240 builds).

Under the Stock/Sales tab, click Sales List.

Select the sale.

Click Paperwork.

Click Options.
-
Untick Hide Vehicle Notes.
