If a staff member has typed in their login details incorrectly too many times, the system will lock them, and a manager will need to unlock them before they are able to log in again.

Click your Name in the top right hand side.

Click User Maintenance.

You will be able to see a Lock symbol next to the users name. Click the Edit icon.

Navigate to the Security and Login tab.

Untick the Account Locked box.

Click Save.
